The Wilmington Group stands with March of Dimes to fight for the health of all moms and babies, supporting the March for Babies for the sixth consecutive year. Families in our community and across the country are touched by the fundraising by the March of Dimes, and all of us won’t stop until we reach our goal of building a better future for everyone. We’re proud to help provide resources and programs to educate and empower moms so every baby can have the best possible start. But we need you on our team. Together we can encourage more friends, family and supporters to join us to raise critical funds to tackle the biggest health threats facing moms and babies.
2024 March for Babies
The Wilmington Group team was once again a Gold Sponsor of the April 28 event. Fundraising surpassed $43,000 to lead all companies in the Region. Eight members of our team raised over $1,000 to qualify for the Circle of Champions. The weather was perfect and a great time was had by our team and their families and friends.
2023 March for Babies
Wilmington Paper- The Program™ marked its fifth year as a sponsor and participant in March for Babies at the event on April 30 at the Meadowlands Racetrack. Despite the raindrops, over 3,000 people attended, including a strong crew from Wilmington Paper – The Program™ and Recycling Management Resources. You can still support us!
2022 March for Babies
For the first time in three years, the March for Babies took place in person on Sunday, April 24. Wilmington Paper signed on as a Silver Sponsor, and provided volunteers for the Wilmington Paper Kids Zone and Superhero Sprint.
On a perfect day for walking, Team Wilmington Paper made our presence felt at the Meadowlands Racetrack to support this important cause. Led by the efforts of Brett Lurie and Josh Lurie, Wilmington Paper is a leading fundraising team for all of New Jersey in 2022, raising almost $40,000.

2021 Virtual March For Babies
On Sunday, April 25, March of Dimes held the 2021 Virtual March for Babies.
The 2021 virtual event was Wilmington Paper’s third year as a sponsor for March for Babies, and Team Wilmington Paper raised over $17,000.
2019 March For Babies
On Sunday, April 28, 2019, over 50 Wilmington Paper employees, family members, and friends came together at the Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford, NJ for a memorable day of community service in support of programs and research for healthy moms and babies.

Employee Participation Rate: 70 %
Team Wilmington Paper showed up in full force to walk as part of the thousands gathered for this very worthy cause. The commitment to making this event a success was apparent at every level of Wilmington Paper, culminating in $15,093.64 of funds raised during the lead‐up to the event. This total placed Wilmington Paper as the third‐highest fundraising team for the event!
